Drawing Support Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Retrieve drawings from customer systems to create RFQ packages that facilitate both Domestic and LC sourcing, supplier exits, emergency transitions, LTA quoting, and price justifications.

• Collaborate internally to manage Xclass parts.

• Execute textport workflows and liaise with ITC/GT to accelerate approvals.

• Set up and oversee content serve accounts for suppliers.

• Assist in managing supplier and RO inquiries related to specific RFQs within the customer environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in blueprint reading is essential, as it will be the primary daily responsibility.

• Strong understanding of both mechanical and electrical part analysis at the Blueprint level.

• Capability to coordinate with a diverse group of stakeholders for various status updates and reports.

• A positive attitude coupled with a strong sense of self-motivation.

• Familiarity with any of the following systems is advantageous: Teamcenter, SAP, X-Class, Export Control.

• Excellent communication skills, both within the company and with customers/suppliers.

• Advanced knowledge of Excel is required.
