Draftsperson – Civil Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Create comprehensive civil design drawings and documentation that facilitate engineering deliverables and oversee construction supervision activities.

• Develop and sustain design documentation for site infrastructure components related to solar PV and BESS projects, as outlined by the engineering team.

• Support the drafting of schematic and detailed layouts based on site investigations and engineering inputs.

• Collaborate with engineering, project management, and procurement teams to ensure that drafting outputs meet project specifications and design intentions.

• Implement drafting and documentation standards to produce precise, compliant, and well-coordinated drawings for project execution.

• Contribute to overall business project management, project coordination, and document control responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

• Experience in civil drafting or design, preferably in infrastructure, energy, or construction projects.

• Strong expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D, with a background in civil design and drafting of pavements, earthworks, and drainage systems.

• Solid understanding of surveying, civil engineering, and civil design principles.

• Exceptional attention to detail in generating accurate, coordinated technical drawings.

• Ability to work effectively within multi-disciplinary project teams.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interpret technical instructions and convert them into drafting outputs.

• Experience or enthusiasm for working in renewable energy project environments.
