Drafter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Generate and update construction drawings for both residential and commercial projects.

• Create floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.

• Convert design concepts, markups, and redlines into precise drawings.

• Ensure that all drawings adhere to relevant building codes and standards.

• Coordinate updates and revisions during the various stages of project lifecycles.

• Maintain orderly drawing sets and manage version control effectively.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project timelines are met.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Drafter in either residential or commercial projects.

• Experience with Chief Architect preferred (or similar drafting software).

• Strong grasp of construction documentation and drafting standards.

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

• Capability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.

• Strong communication skills with an aptitude for collaborative work.

• Comfortable working autonomously in a remote or hybrid setting.

• Experience with permitting and plan submission processes.

• Familiarity with additional drafting tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.

• Knowledge of building systems for both residential and commercial projects.
