This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• Knowledge transfer on various topics: Introduction and fundamentals of AI

• Strengths, opportunities, and limitations of AI application

• Generative AI and AI tools in content marketing

• Practical AI use cases (including project work and hands-on exercises)

• Learning to think innovatively, developing an innovative mindset, practical exercises in innovation

• Prompting and creative work in content marketing

• Workflow, roles, and legal aspects of AI usage

• Data protection in AI applications

• Content management: Generating texts and images with AI support

• Building and utilizing AI agents

• Digital ethics and critical thinking in dealing with AI

• Resilience in change and transformation processes

• The role of AI in knowledge management and decision-making

⛳️ Requirements

• Teaching experience in adult education, ideally in the subsidized education sector

• Proven pedagogical and didactic suitability through the IHK trainer qualification exam (AEVO) or an equivalent certification, or willingness to obtain such proof

• Relevant practical experience in content marketing and with the use of AI tools

• Continuing education certificates in the field of content marketing

• Continuing education certificates in the field of artificial intelligence

• Comfort in engaging with diverse groups

• A commitment to ongoing professional development
