This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Live instruction and practical knowledge transfer: You will create interactive online live sessions and convey expertise from the digital work environment, particularly in data analysis, data-driven marketing, low-code automation, AI-driven use cases, and agile project management.

• Curriculum implementation and didactics: You will methodically prepare content according to predefined modules, covering everything from kick-off and tool introduction to KPI logics, dashboards, automation projects, and agile methodologies.

• Teaching current topics: You will explain practical subjects such as tracking, controlling, data analysis, dashboards, data-based optimization, SCRUM, cross-functional collaboration, prompting, predictive analytics, RPA, NLP, and personalization.

• Project-oriented learning and exam preparation: You will guide our participants through data and automation projects, assist with exam preparation, and help structure complex content in a clear and applicable manner.

• Quality assurance and feedback: You will provide didactic and content-related feedback, contribute to the enhancement of our teaching formats, and actively shape our digital learning processes.

• Team collaboration: You will work closely with colleagues from the teaching staff, share knowledge, and help build a strong and modern learning environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in data analysis, automation, or agile project management: You possess substantial experience in one or more of these areas and can clearly convey the connection between data, technology, and marketing.

• Professional confidence in the module topics: You can confidently and practically explain topics such as KPIs, dashboards, tracking, controlling, SCRUM, low-code automation, AI use cases, and data-driven optimization.

• Didactic sensitivity: You explain in a structured, motivating, and comprehensible manner, even for beginners and diverse groups.

• Digital affinity: You feel comfortable in virtual classrooms, proficiently use digital tools, and are open to modern learning formats.

• Attitude and communication skills: You work in a solution-oriented, appreciative, and clear manner, and wish to pass on your experience to individuals looking to make new professional starts.

• Language proficiency: You have excellent German language skills at C2 level; English skills are a plus.

• Certified pedagogical suitability and experience: You bring at least two years of experience in adult education, possess substantial subject matter expertise in your field, and ideally have demonstrated your pedagogical suitability through an IHK-certified qualification (e.g., AEVO certificate).
