This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Accountable for achieving revenue targets by fostering and managing relationships with current and potential donors, as well as corporate partnerships, fundraising initiatives, and donor engagement strategies.
• Works in conjunction with market leadership to implement fundraising and engagement strategies, which include signature events, corporate collaborations, and campaigns driven by volunteers.
• Oversees a portfolio of donors and plays a significant role in the overall success of the market, ensuring data accuracy, influencing donor retention rates, and delivering outstanding fundraising events that create impact and boost revenue.
• Highly detail-oriented with exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Demonstrated capacity and/or expertise in nurturing donor relationships, managing fundraising campaigns, and facilitating successful events.
• Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
