Donation Call Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

• Handle both incoming and outgoing calls from donors.

• Direct conversations using established scripts.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is required.

• At least 6 months of remote customer service experience or 1 year of on-site experience.

• Excellent verbal communication skills.

• Ability to navigate systems while conversing.

• A dedicated, quiet workspace at home is essential.

• Certification is required before starting the position.

• Must have a Windows 11 PC with a minimum of 8GB RAM; 16GB is recommended.

• A USB headset with noise cancellation is necessary.

• Wired high-speed internet connection is mandatory; WiFi-only setups are not allowed.

• Dual monitors are recommended for optimal performance.

• MacBooks and Chromebooks are not permitted.
