Donation Call Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mississippi.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming and outgoing calls related to donations.

• Interact with donors in a professional and respectful manner.

• Precisely record pledge and donation data.

• Adhere to compliance standards and script protocols.

• Achieve attendance and performance targets.

• Complete required certification and onboarding processes.

• Oversee personal schedule and performance while assisting with fundraising initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED is required.

• At least 6 months of remote customer service experience or 1 year of on-site experience.

• Excellent verbal communication abilities.

• Proficient in navigating systems while conversing.

• A dedicated and quiet workspace at home.

• A Windows 11 PC with a minimum of 8GB RAM; 16GB is preferred.

• A USB headset with noise-canceling features.

• A wired high-speed internet connection; Wi-Fi-only setups are not allowed.

• Dual monitors are recommended for optimal performance.

• MacBooks and Chromebooks are not permitted.

• Attendance and completion of mandatory certification are required.

• Ability to meet attendance and performance metrics.

• Must fulfill startup and technical specifications.

• This is a 1099 independent contractor position.
