Domain Consultant – Presales, Cortex

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with account teams to recommend and create customer solutions within your designated specialization area.

• Serve as our expert by presenting to customers at all levels, from practitioners to senior leadership.

• Lead and facilitate customer demonstrations that highlight our unique value proposition.

• Scope and oversee Proof of Value (PoV) projects for potential customers, applying best practices to secure technical wins in your assigned opportunities.

• Drive high technical validation and PoV success rates within your specialized area.

• Design solutions that assist our customers in enhancing and simplifying their security posture.

• Expedite technical validation of proposed solutions within your area of expertise.

• Document High-Level Design and Key Use Cases to ensure proper implementation and value realization of Palo Alto Networks Solutions.

• Assist our customers in building and further developing their services around Cortex solutions.

• Lead discussions on industry trends and emerging changes in the security landscape.

• Discuss competitive offerings in the marketplace with credibility and position ours as the optimal choice.

• Support account solutions consultants in responding effectively to RFIs/RFPs while acting as the primary technical contact for Cortex.

• Advocate for Palo Alto Networks or Partner-delivered services as appropriate to ensure effective implementation and value realization of Palo Alto Networks solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in Security Operations or presales/sales engineering in SIEM, SOAR, SOC, and/or endpoint environments.

• Strong understanding of Security Operations Center processes.

• Experience working with customers, demonstrating a client-centric approach and problem-solving abilities.

• Scripting experience is advantageous - Python is preferred.

• Proficiency in Dutch and English language skills is preferred.
