Dog Walker/Pet Sitter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Become a part of our team as a dog walker/pet sitter at Prance Around Pet Services.

• Deliver outstanding care for pets including dogs, cats, reptiles, and more.

• Duties encompass walking pets, cleaning, and managing various animal sizes.

• Operate in varying weather conditions while ensuring communication with clients and management.

⛳️ Requirements

• All candidates must be 18 years of age or older.

• Applicants should reside in or near one of our service areas, which include Germantown, Gaithersburg, Montgomery Village, Clarksburg, and Boyds.

• Candidates must possess their own insured vehicle for transportation to and from scheduled pet care assignments.

• Applicants should be seeking long-term employment.

• If you are in search of a temporary role while looking for a permanent job or returning to school, please refrain from applying.

• We are seeking individuals with flexible morning/mid-day availability from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. based on their assigned schedule for that day.

• Our staff can work between the hours of 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. depending on the assignments scheduled for that day.

• As most of our work is conducted "on the road", we require all employees to have access to a mobile phone at all times. The mobile phone must be a smartphone, as the software we use requires an internet connection.

• Must be physically capable of managing animals of various types and sizes.
