This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Transcribe, edit, proofread, and format various legal documents, including correspondence, pleadings, discovery materials, reports, and digital dictation.
• Utilize Adobe Acrobat Pro for PDF conversion, editing, OCR, Bates numbering, file management, and document production.
• Prepare mail merges and format documents with tools such as DocXtools, Litera, Best Authority, and other legal technology software.
• Create tables of contents, tables of authorities, bookmarks, hyperlinks, and electronic closing binders.
• Develop PowerPoint presentations, intricate Excel spreadsheets, timelines, and organizational charts using Word, Visio, or PowerPoint.
• Provide support for DocuSign, E-Notary, Page Vault, and other document management workflows.
• Record attorney time entries.
• Assist with additional projects as assigned.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in document production or word processing.
• A typing speed of 50+ words per minute.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Windows 10/11, Outlook, and iManage or a similar document management system.
• Preferred experience with legal document formatting, proofreading, and production software.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, time management, and communication abilities.
• Capability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
