This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
β’ Accountable for reviewing and analyzing documents to ensure they meet accuracy, compliance, and relevance standards in legal or regulatory settings.
β’ Evaluate and analyze extensive volumes of documents for relevance, privilege, confidentiality, and adherence to legal or regulatory requirements.
β’ Develop and manage document databases, tracking systems, and metadata to facilitate efficient retrieval and review processes.
β’ Aid in the preparation of legal briefs, discovery requests, and depositions by organizing and summarizing pertinent information.
β’ Identify and redact sensitive or privileged information to safeguard client confidentiality and fulfill legal obligations.
β’ Generate comprehensive reports outlining findings, recommendations, and any issues encountered during the review process.
β’ Collaborate with legal teams, compliance officers, and various departments to clarify requirements, obtain missing documents, and address discrepancies.
β’ Utilize e-discovery software to filter, search, and categorize documents.
β’ Perform additional duties and responsibilities as necessary.
β’ High School Diploma or Equivalent is mandatory.
β’ A minimum of 2 years of experience in a mortgage foreclosure servicing environment is required.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
β’ Advanced skills in BKFS/LPS desktop applications.
β’ Must maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
β’ Ability to identify situations that may require escalation.
β’ Competence in conducting and reporting research.
β’ Capable of working with minimal supervision and is self-motivated.
β’ Strong documentation skills.
β’ Excellent written and oral communication skills.
β’ Ability to navigate multiple internal computer systems.
β’ Capacity to multitask and prioritize in a highly dynamic environment.
β’ Ability to manage a significant volume of email and file communications daily.
β’ Competence in retaining and managing sensitive and confidential information.
β’ Quick to learn and navigate legal client systems.
β’ Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to comprehend and interpret legal terminology.
β’ Demonstrate professional behavior and foster teamwork.
