Doctor, QA Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Evaluate doctor-patient communications across various platforms to ensure:

• Patient inquiries are thoroughly and clearly addressed.

• Responses are medically sound and consistent with internal protocols.

• Messaging conveys a human touch, demonstrating empathy and avoiding overuse of canned replies.

• Detect inconsistencies in tone, clarity, or quality of care.

• Ensure that all communications adhere to:

• Clinical guidelines.

• Company policies.

• Regulatory standards.

• Identify and report any compliance risks or deviations.

• Provide structured feedback to healthcare providers and internal teams.

• Identify recurring challenges or trends in communication.

• Suggest enhancements to templates, workflows, and messaging standards.

• Collaborate closely with our Chief Medical Officer, clinical leadership, and patient care teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Outstanding written English skills with the capacity to determine if communication is clear, complete, and personable (not robotic).

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies and gaps in messaging.

• Experience in high-volume, repetitive communication settings (e.g., Executive Assistant, Customer Service, Quality Assurance).

• Comfortable analyzing large amounts of written interactions with consistency and precision.

• Proficient in Slack for everyday communication and collaboration.

• Experience in healthcare, telehealth, or clinical operations (Preferred).

• Knowledge of QA, compliance, or audit processes (Preferred).

• Previous experience reviewing or auditing customer or patient communications (Preferred).

• Understanding of tone and voice in patient care contexts (Preferred).

• Familiarity with tools like Airtable or ClickUp is a plus (Preferred).
