This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +5 more states.
• Develops annual strategic execution plans for business categories aligned with the overall strategic direction of the company.
• Engages field leadership through effective communication, education, and ongoing follow-up.
• Formulates and implements division growth plans, both quarterly and annually, to capitalize on business category opportunities and meet forecast expectations.
• Analyzes customer trends within the division and plans activities to meet sales objectives.
• Collaborates with owners, office personnel, and division leaders to achieve targeted outcomes.
• Informs the strategic direction and marketing plans for the business category by providing insights on product performance, opportunities, and patient needs.
• Communicates any product-related issues, potential loss of key patients, or competitive strategies that may impact division growth plans, either positively or negatively.
• Researches and stays updated on business category products, technologies, clinical studies, competitive activities, and other relevant information beneficial to Aspen and our patients.
• Utilizes this knowledge to formulate strategies and tactics that drive growth in the business line.
• Regularly educates owners, office personnel, and division leaders about products, innovations, and sales opportunities to foster full engagement and achieve desired outcomes.
• Monitors the performance of business categories, rewards high-performing teams, and develops improvement plans for teams with potential.
• Implements centrally planned division contests and incentives.
• Continuously builds relationships with business category suppliers, staying informed about product features, benefits, and opportunities.
• Advises owners on business category opportunities and applications related to patient treatment plans.
• Identifies growth drivers and consults office staff on how to recognize and leverage opportunities.
• Coaches and develops field leadership and office personnel to enhance performance and capabilities, collaborates with Regional Managers to address performance challenges, and provides constructive feedback while encouraging corrective action when necessary.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in the industry, such as dental supply sales, orthodontics, laboratory, or implants.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, product lines, or business areas, resulting in financial growth.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong business acumen, with experience in data insights and sales planning.
• Willingness to travel 80% of the time within the assigned division.
