📋 Description

• Develops annual strategic execution plans for business categories based on the company's overall strategic direction for the year.

• Engages field leadership through effective communication, educational initiatives, and ongoing follow-ups.

• Formulates and implements division growth strategies (both quarterly and annually) to align with business opportunities and forecast expectations.

• Analyzes customer trends within the division and executes plans to meet sales objectives.

• Collaborates with owners, office personnel, and division leaders to achieve targeted outcomes.

• Provides insights into the strategic direction and marketing plans for business categories by offering feedback on product performance, opportunities, and patient needs.

• Communicates any issues related to business category products, including the loss or potential loss of key patients, as well as competitive strategies that may impact division growth.

• Keeps abreast of developments in business category products, technologies, clinical studies, competitive activities, and other relevant information beneficial to Aspen or our patients.

• Leverages this knowledge to formulate strategies and tactics that drive growth in the business line.

• Regularly informs owners, office staff, and division leaders about business category products, innovations, and sales opportunities to foster full engagement and achieve desired results.

• Monitors the performance of the business category, recognizes high-performing teams, and devises improvement plans for those with opportunities for growth.

• Implements centrally planned division contests and incentive programs.

• Continuously builds relationships with suppliers of business category products, staying informed about features, benefits, and opportunities.

• Advises owners on business category opportunities and applications relevant to patient treatment plans.

• Identifies growth drivers and consults with office staff on recognizing and leveraging opportunities.

• Coaches and develops field leadership and office staff to enhance performance and capabilities, collaborates with Regional Managers to address performance challenges, and provides constructive feedback while coaching them to take corrective actions when necessary.


⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred Bachelor’s degree.

• Over 5 years of relevant industry experience, such as dental supply sales, orthodontics, labs, or implants.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, product lines, or business areas resulting in financial growth.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong business acumen, analytical abilities, and experience in sales planning.

• Willingness to travel up to 80% within the assigned division.
