Diversity Recruiter – PWD

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment and selection processes, emphasizing affirmative hiring for individuals with disabilities (PWD).

• Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to align job profiles.

• Advertise job openings on targeted strategic channels aimed at reaching PWD.

• Engage in active candidate sourcing (headhunting).

• Conduct screening and interviews (online).

• Present qualified candidates to clients.

• Track the recruitment process through to job closure.

• Proven experience in recruitment and selection.

• Knowledge or prior experience in recruiting individuals with disabilities (PWD).

• Familiarity with essential channels, organizations, and platforms for sourcing PWD professionals.

• Proactive, organized, and results-driven approach.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

• Familiarity with recruitment tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, talent pools/databases, etc.).
