• Enhances branch profitability, oversight, and growth through strong leadership.

• Guides Branch Managers in establishing and achieving collection objectives.

• Trains Branch Managers and ensures adherence to UDAAP compliance.

• Conducts audits to verify branch compliance with company policies as well as state and federal regulations.

• Selects, trains, and manages the performance of branch managers directly.

• Develops and mentors Team Members while establishing succession planning.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

• At least 7 years of experience in the consumer finance sector.

• Valid Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle with liability insurance coverage.

• Must successfully pass drug screening, criminal background checks, and credit checks.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is preferred.

• Willingness to relocate for career growth is preferred.
