District Services Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• The District Services Manager (DSM) is essential in fostering growth in Services sales.

• Build and maintain a strategic alliance between Service Providers and the Home Services division.

• Manage the complete lifecycle of Service Providers, encompassing sourcing, onboarding, expansion, contraction, and termination.

• Ensure alignment with business objectives, service quality standards, and compliance requirements.

• Analyze and evaluate customer feedback to uncover opportunities for improvement.

• Organize, prepare, and lead Partnership Reviews along with regular check-ins with Service Providers.

• Assist store teams in managing relationships with Service Providers and addressing escalations.

• Provide continuous training and development for Service Providers.

• Conduct thorough field oversight through routine job site and installation inspections.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Familiarity or experience in a retail store setting, home improvement sector, or general construction field.

• Background in managing residential remodeling projects.

• Proven project management abilities.

• Capable of negotiating, addressing complaints, resolving disputes, and managing grievances with both internal and external clients.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
