This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Conduct research and analyze customer feedback from multiple sources (e.g., Google Reviews, BBB, Medallia IVOC) to pinpoint opportunities for recognition and service enhancement.
• Prioritize, follow up on, and ensure prompt resolution of Customer Care cases, collaborating with Service Providers to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and address any escalations as necessary.
• Foster store relationships with Service Providers and manage escalations related to service or compliance issues.
• Organize, prepare for, and lead Partnership Reviews and regular check-ins with Service Providers to evaluate performance, ensure compliance, analyze metrics, and work on improvement strategies.
• Assist store teams in handling Service Provider relationships and escalations, working alongside internal partners to tackle operational challenges.
• Identify, assess, and onboard new Service Providers—including orientation and follow-up during the implementation phase.
• Provide ongoing training and development for Service Providers regarding operational standards, compliance, and customer experience.
• Implement thorough field oversight through routine job site and installation inspections to guarantee service quality.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Familiarity or experience within the retail store environment, home improvement sector, or general construction field.
• Background in managing residential remodeling projects.
• Proven project management capabilities.
• Proficient in negotiation, conflict resolution, and addressing grievances with both internal and external customers.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge, skills, and abilities typically obtained through the completion of a high school diploma and/or GED.
• Knowledge, skills, and abilities usually acquired through obtaining a bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification in a related field of study.
• Minimum work experience required: 3 years.
• Preferred work experience: 4 years.
• Minimum leadership experience: No previous leadership roles required.
