District Services Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• The District Services Manager (DSM) is essential in promoting growth in Services sales.

• Manage the complete lifecycle of Service Providers, encompassing sourcing, onboarding, expansion, contraction, and termination.

• Perform Partnership Reviews and maintain regular check-ins with Service Providers to evaluate performance and ensure adherence to standards.

• Foster store relationships with Service Providers and address escalations effectively.

• Implement thorough field oversight through consistent job site and installation inspections to guarantee service quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Familiarity or experience in the retail store environment, home improvement sector, or general construction field.

• Background in managing residential remodeling projects.

• Proven project management capabilities.

• Competence in negotiation, managing complaints, resolving disputes, and addressing grievances with both internal and external clients.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
