This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa, +1 more state.
• Oversee the CRM Service Team to provide exceptional service, technical knowledge, and support for achieving implant and revenue targets.
• Offer continuous feedback and coaching to team members; conduct regular performance evaluations, goal-setting discussions, and developmental conversations, implementing corrective measures as needed.
• Handle the recruitment and hiring of CRM Clinical Specialists, consistently striving to maintain a robust and diverse talent pool for future hiring needs.
• Guide the team in executing the CRM service strategy, programs, and new technological solutions that enhance service delivery and key initiatives.
• Foster service optimization and efficiency alongside new service models.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other key stakeholders to develop and implement strategies aimed at achieving service-related business goals.
• Coordinate with regional and district leadership to allocate resources according to business priorities and service demands.
• Ensure the efficient and effective utilization of inventory, expenses, and assets while applying Customer Focused Quality Concepts.
• Bachelor's Degree
• 5 years of proven experience in healthcare (e.g., in a hospital, clinic, or medical device company)
• Experience at Medtronic in a position that interacts with a Field organization
• Familiarity with the local cardiac customer base
• Understanding of Cardiac Rhythm Management service coverage requirements for implants and follow-ups
• Background in sales, marketing, training, healthcare, technical services, or similar fields within the medical device industry
• Training and experience in Lean Sigma principles
• Proven business acumen
• Demonstrated leadership skills in coaching and employee development
• Ability to think critically and strategically; skilled in executing strategy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
