This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Acts as a bridge between the dealership, regional offices, and national headquarters, guaranteeing exceptional support for dealers, customers, and designated accounts.
• Advocates for the promotion and sale of Isuzu services and parts to achieve dealer and corporate goals.
• Collaborates with dealers to formulate marketing strategies aimed at enhancing potential parts sales.
• Aids in the lifecycle business process by consistently evaluating the dealership's service process flow management, technical and managerial skills, service intake objectives, vehicle uptime priorities, and KPIs.
• Enhances customer satisfaction by prioritizing vehicle uptime and collaborating with dealer staff, local IRS, and fleet operators.
• Executes administrative and review tasks mandated by the dealership, region, and corporate office, related to dealer contact reports, warranty protocols, lifecycle and technical training, and support for TAC and product engineering.
• Guides dealers in crafting solutions that satisfy all parties while maintaining a customer-first approach.
• Contributes to regional and corporate initiatives aimed at elevating the Isuzu brand.
• Undertakes various job-related duties as assigned.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Automotive, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least three years of experience with a domestic manufacturer, import distributor, or new vehicle dealership.
• Previous experience as an automotive truck technician or in dealer service and parts operations is preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical and electrical principles related to on-highway vehicles.
• Strong familiarity with automotive and truck terminology and operations.
• Understanding of modern diesel and gasoline vehicle systems.
• Acquainted with dealership fixed operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and SMART communication technology.
• Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation abilities.
• Capable of being productive and self-driven.
• Ability to work autonomously while achieving objectives and expected outcomes.
• Exceptional time management skills and marketing acumen.
