This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• You will spearhead a team of field sellers and assist in crafting and executing strategies aimed at maximizing business growth.
• You play a crucial role in nurturing and managing your team to drive revenue and meet individual, team, and organizational targets.
• Gain a deep understanding of your customers’ requirements by conducting research to gain insights into their priorities.
• Proven experience in targeting and acquiring new logos.
• You excel at customizing our platform messaging for resource-limited IT leaders and adeptly build trust while translating technical complexities into clear business value (ROI) for C-level executives.
• Provide support to your team by participating in and leading prospect meetings.
• Actively engage in territory planning and development, fostering relationships, and identifying opportunities to drive revenue by assisting your team in closing deals.
• Cultivate a high-performance sales culture that achieves results in bookings, sales development, and forecast accuracy while mentoring and developing your team.
• Possess comprehensive technical knowledge of our portfolio, enabling you to adopt a holistic approach to resolving our customers' challenges.
• Drive and oversee collaborative selling opportunities within the team.
• Hold both the team and yourself accountable for achieving ambitious targets while maintaining a proactive approach in the face of challenges.
• Ability to engage with leaders at all levels, including C-suite executives, and foster open and trusting relationships.
• Experience and understanding of SaaS-based architectures, preferably within the networking and/or security sectors.
• Familiarity with channel and partner sales models.
• Proven leadership capabilities, with a track record of creating high-performing teams in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Consistent year-over-year success in managing sales pipelines and delivering results.
• Highly driven individual with a focus on execution and a strong sense of urgency, complemented by an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Demonstrated history of achieving revenue targets while prioritizing team development and growth.
• Proficient in managing significant client escalations and issues effectively.
• Excellent influencing skills, both externally and internally; ability to communicate clearly and build consensus across various functional areas to accomplish objectives.
• As a leader, you understand that achieving the best outcomes requires being an excellent team player, fostering strong rapport and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in English and German, with strong communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal.
