This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Thoroughly comprehend your customers’ requirements by conducting research to gain insights into their priorities.
• Provide support to your team by actively participating in and leading prospect meetings.
• Engage in detailed analysis of weekly territory pipeline and forecasting activities to mentor direct reports on strategies to enhance closure rates.
• Actively participate in territory planning and development, fostering relationships and identifying opportunities to drive revenue by assisting your team in securing deals.
• Cultivate a high-performance sales culture that achieves results in bookings, sales development, and forecast accuracy while also mentoring and developing your team.
• Possess extensive technical knowledge of our portfolio, enabling a holistic approach to resolving our customers' challenges.
• Drive and manage team selling opportunities.
• Hold both the team and yourself accountable for achieving ambitious goals while maintaining a proactive mindset when confronted with challenges.
• Ability to communicate effectively with leaders at all levels, including C-suite, and establish open, trusting relationships.
• Successfully influence others during periods of change management.
• Develop a high-performing team through recruiting, hiring, and training while upholding our core values.
• Experience and understanding of SaaS-based architectures, preferably within the networking and/or security sectors.
• Familiarity with channel and partner sales models.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to build high-performing teams in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Consistent track record of successful sales pipeline management and delivering results year over year.
• Highly motivated individual with a strong execution focus and a sense of urgency, exhibiting an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve revenue targets while maintaining a focus on team development and growth.
• Proficient in managing significant client escalations and issues effectively.
• Exceptional at influencing others, both internally and externally, with the ability to communicate effectively and build consensus across various functional areas to meet objectives.
• Proficiency in English and German; strong communication and presentation skills in both written and verbal forms.
