This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.
• Serve as a point of contact between GM, its dealerships, and other GM Partners.
• Develop and nurture partnerships.
• Provide mentorship and consulting to ensure that monthly and yearly sales targets are achieved.
• Monitor dealership Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and other customer feedback tools to pinpoint and address shortcomings or opportunities.
• Support product launches to ensure effective marketing and advertising coordination between dealers, independent aftermarket (IAM), and GM.
• Oversee dealership staff training and ensure adherence to GM standards and objectives.
• Aid in dealership inventory management, including ordering vehicles and parts, as well as stabilizing inventory levels.
• Analyze dealer sales, local market conditions, and competition to uncover revenue opportunities.
• Drive sales of GM vehicles and accessory parts to customers.
• Assist in resolving customer issues.
• Travel to your assigned dealers within the designated region.
• Bachelor’s degree or at least 2 years of experience in the automotive industry as a substitute for a degree.
• Minimum of 2 years in sales and customer service.
• Willingness to travel 100% and be mobile currently and in the future, with the capability to relocate anywhere within the United States.
• Must possess the ability to legally operate a motor vehicle regularly.
