This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Achieve the expected performance (sales and market share) within your territory: Cantabria, País Vasco, Burgos, Soria, La Rioja, Navarra, and Aragón.
• Data analysis → continuous effort to gain market intelligence by combining various information sources: insights into customer needs, expectations, and environmental challenges, which are shared among field teams and leveraged by ANI teams.
• Align national strategic priorities with local needs and ensure that action plans across all areas are in accordance with ANI's strategy, ensuring overall execution meets expectations.
• Develop the sales plan for the area and manage sales representatives along with the team's KPIs and ROI.
• Influence the opinions of key stakeholders (e.g., opinion leaders or KOLs, high-prescribing physicians, etc.) identified as part of ANI's strategy and through planned activities in the area for your sales team.
• Provide field training and educate the sales force on new collaborative working methods in multidisciplinary teams.
• Resolve conflicts and issues as they arise within the team.
• University degree.
• Must reside in one of the provinces within the assigned territory.
• Good knowledge of English.
• Driver's license for over 1 year.
• Preferably have extensive experience in the field as a Sales Representative.
• Preferably experience in therapeutic and market areas.
