This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Dakota.
• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the designated District, encompassing market potential, customer demographics, and competitive landscape.
• Partner with dealerships to guarantee exceptional experiences across all operational levels, promoting high customer satisfaction.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships within the dealer organization to accomplish collective goals and objectives.
• Oversee daily operations, plans, objectives, and financial allocations.
• Effectively communicate customer and dealer requirements to relevant departments.
• Contribute to the formulation of annual district strategies and individual dealer plans to align with business aims.
• Propel district parts sales and efficient stocking practices to achieve Annual Operating Plan (AOP) targets through proactive dealer engagement.
• Advocate for parts and service programs at dealerships to ensure thorough understanding of company policies and procedures.
• Advise dealership personnel on service and maintenance procedures for contracted products, enhancing service excellence.
• Assist prospective new dealerships in setting up their parts/service departments and evaluate their capabilities.
• Offer support during dealer termination processes as necessary.
• Enhance dealer performance through daily interactions, quarterly Parts/Service evaluations, and action plan meetings.
• Aid in developing actionable strategies to encourage buy-in from dealer principals, parts managers, and service managers.
• Ensure the implementation of action plan items to maintain compliance and foster continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with dealers and dissatisfied customers to swiftly address complaints, ensuring prompt responses and follow-ups on resolutions and satisfaction surveys.
• Provide technical resources during challenging situations, demonstrating a commitment to outstanding customer service.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; candidates with an Associate’s degree or equivalent education paired with extensive relevant experience will also be considered.
• 2-4 years of experience in parts and service management, operations management, or customer support in related industries.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interactions with dealers and customers.
• Proactive relationship-building skills to foster trust and reliability.
• Knowledge of mechanical principles and troubleshooting skills for effective dealer support.
• Proficient in utilizing performance data to promote accountability and implement positive changes within dealer operations.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage travel obligations and remote work tasks while adhering to deadlines.
• Capability to influence and motivate dealers and colleagues towards shared objectives.
• Experience in team meetings and clearly presenting ideas to enhance engagement.
• Positive and constructive mindset when facing challenges, focusing on actionable solutions.
• Willingness to travel 50-75% of the time within the assigned District, including occasional air travel, with a clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
