This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.
• Acquire a thorough understanding of the designated district, encompassing market potential, customer demographics, and competitive landscape
• Collaborate with dealerships to guarantee exceptional experiences and high levels of customer satisfaction
• Establish and nurture relationships within dealer organizations
• Oversee daily operations, plans, objectives, and financial resources
• Relay customer and dealer requirements to the appropriate departments
• Contribute to yearly district strategies and personalized dealer plans
• Propel district parts sales and implement effective stocking strategies to achieve AOP objectives
• Advocate for parts and service programs at dealerships
• Counsel dealership personnel on service and maintenance procedures
• Assist prospective new dealerships in setting up parts/service departments and assess their capabilities
• Aid during dealer termination processes
• Enhance dealer performance through daily engagements, quarterly Parts/Service evaluations, and action-plan meetings
• Formulate actionable plans and ensure compliance and continuous improvement through execution
• Engage collaboratively with dealers and dissatisfied customers to address complaints and follow up on their satisfaction
• Provide technical support during challenging customer service scenarios
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline preferred
• Associate's degree or equivalent qualifications paired with extensive relevant experience will be considered
• 2–4 years of experience in parts and service management, operations management, or customer support within applicable industries
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Capability to build and sustain relationships with dealers and customers
• Comprehension of mechanical principles
• Skills in equipment troubleshooting
• Proficient in utilizing performance data to foster accountability and implement operational enhancements
• Strong organizational skills to effectively manage travel and remote work responsibilities
• Ability to influence and inspire dealers and colleagues
• Experience in participating in team meetings and articulating ideas clearly
• Positive and constructive mindset when facing challenges
• Willingness to travel 50–75% within the assigned district, including occasional air travel
• Clean driving record
