District Parts & Service Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Dakota.

📋 Description

• Improve dealership operations and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Oversee daily operational tasks and promote parts and service programs.

• Establish and nurture relationships with dealership staff.

• Aid dealer performance through daily engagements and strategic action plans.

• Interact with dealers and customers to address and resolve complaints.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

• 2-7 years of experience in parts and service management, operations management, or customer support.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Knowledge of mechanical principles and skills in equipment troubleshooting.

• Proficient in analyzing performance data.

• Strong organizational skills to effectively manage travel and remote work.
