This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.
• Acquire a thorough understanding of the designated district, encompassing market potential, customer demographics, and the competitive environment.
• Work collaboratively with dealerships to guarantee exceptional experiences and high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Establish and nurture relationships within dealer organizations.
• Oversee daily operations, plans, objectives, and financial resources.
• Relay customer and dealer requirements to the appropriate departments.
• Participate in the formulation of annual district strategies and individual dealer plans.
• Propel district parts sales and promote effective stocking practices to achieve AOP goals.
• Advocate for parts and service programs at dealerships.
• Counsel dealership personnel on service and maintenance procedures.
• Aid new dealerships in setting up parts/service departments and assess their capabilities.
• Assist with dealer termination processes when necessary.
• Enhance dealer performance through daily interactions, quarterly Parts/Service evaluations, and action-plan meetings.
• Develop actionable plans and ensure their execution for compliance and ongoing improvements.
• Address customer complaints in collaboration with dealers and ensure timely follow-up.
• Offer technical resources during challenging customer service scenarios.
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred; an associate's degree or equivalent education coupled with significant relevant experience will also be considered.
• 2–4 years of experience in parts and service management, operations management, or customer support within related industries.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proactive skills for engaging in relationship building and maintenance.
• Knowledge of mechanical principles and equipment troubleshooting capabilities.
• Ability to utilize performance data to foster accountability and implement beneficial changes.
• Strong organizational skills to effectively manage travel commitments and remote work responsibilities.
• Capability to influence and motivate dealers and colleagues towards common objectives.
• Experience participating in team meetings and effectively presenting ideas.
• A positive and constructive mindset when faced with challenges.
• Willingness to travel 50–75% within the assigned district, including occasional air travel.
• A clean driving record and a valid driver's license.
