District Manager – Training

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.

📋 Description

• Accountable for enhancing and sustaining the sales and profitability of the stores under management.

• Initiates and monitors store strategies to boost sales and profits.

• Aids the unit manager in crafting local marketing strategies.

• Communicates promotional initiatives to the store manager.

• Guides and develops managers for future roles and responsibilities.

• Ensures quality by reviewing and analyzing store CEE scores within the district.

• Observes customer service and satisfaction during visits through direct conversations with customers.

• Provides regular leadership training for managers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in operations.

• 2-3 years of operational experience in the restaurant sector.

• Must be capable of performing all restaurant operational roles/functions.

• Valid driver’s license is required.

• Ability to travel between various restaurant locations and maintain full insurability.
