This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Lead and motivate a team of Enterprise Account Executives while ensuring the Everpure Culture and Values are integrated within your team.
• Recruit additional Account Executives as business needs arise.
• Provide leadership to the broader Everpure team associated with your district, including SEs, Channel Managers, Inside Sales representatives, and others.
• Monitor and empower the team’s performance concerning KPIs such as pipeline growth, partner team alignment, forecast accuracy, and POC management. Always maintain a 4X pipeline relative to the goal.
• Recruit, cultivate, and sustain robust relationships with channel partner principals, Account Executives, and leadership teams.
• Drive sales call activities and set an example. Ensure every team member meets or exceeds their quota.
• Significant travel in the field is anticipated.
• Achieve business outcomes that include annual bookings targets, production of new logos, and AE participation at or above established goals.
• Conduct weekly reviews of activities and pipelines, addressing any insufficiencies that may hinder plan delivery.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential.
• Manage team performance effectively.
• Over 5 years of successful experience in field sales management within the storage or core Information Technology infrastructure in a highly competitive landscape.
• Required experience in selling to IT departments and IT management.
• Must be passionate and persuasive with exceptional verbal communication abilities.
• Demonstrated success in recruitment and associate development.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary to effectively convey Everpure’s value proposition.
• Must be organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and exercise sound judgment in identifying root causes and solving problems.
• Capable of coordinating Everpure resources to implement a complex sales strategy.
• Proficient in utilizing CRM and other online tools effectively.
