This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.
• Oversee commercial activities among field teams to ensure sales targets are achieved within the designated geographic area.
• Develop, execute, and communicate the District Sales Plan while tracking its progress.
• Leverage market, segment, and team dynamics to enhance both top-line and bottom-line performance.
• Facilitate seamless collaboration in both daily operations and long-term business strategies.
• Establish the tone and pace for business processes and organizational structure.
• Comprehend and convey market and franchise/business perspectives when guiding teams and leading in-field meetings by mastering product and disease state knowledge.
• Mentor, coach, and educate both direct and indirect team members to improve individual capabilities and elevate overall team performance.
• Hold direct reports accountable for their actions and adherence to expectations.
• Offer guidance and insights to key internal stakeholders during the business planning process.
• A bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or a business-related field is preferred, or relevant and comparable industry experience is required.
• Proficient in business analysis and planning skills that enhance sales performance.
• Demonstrated leadership as a District Manager, maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• A minimum of four years of experience in pharmaceutical sales management (external management experience may be considered).
• Currently meeting performance expectations.

• Capacity to articulate the scientific details of treatments and therapeutic areas.

• Must meet all applicable healthcare industry representative (HCIR) credentialing requirements.
