This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
β’ Oversee commercial operations within in-field teams to ensure sales targets are achieved in a designated region.
β’ Develop, execute, and communicate the District Sales Plan while tracking its progress.
β’ Organize in-field initiatives to meet results and predefined objectives.
β’ Optimize market, segment, and team dynamics to enhance both revenue and profit margins.
β’ Facilitate seamless collaboration in both daily operations and long-term business strategies.
β’ Establish the tone and pace for business processes and organizational structure.
β’ Grasp and convey market and franchise/business perspectives while leading teams and advocating for in-field meetings by mastering product and disease state knowledge, along with relevant market dynamics, including Managed Care landscape.
β’ Mentor, coach, and educate both direct and indirect team members to improve individual capabilities and boost overall team performance.
β’ Ensure direct reports are accountable for their actions and meet expectations.
β’ Provide guidance and insights to key internal partners throughout the business planning process.

β’ A Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or a business-related field is preferred, or relevant industry experience is required.
β’ Skills in business analysis and planning that enhance sales performance.

β’ Demonstrated ability to provide honest, constructive feedback and effectively manage performance.
