This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +2 more states.
• Create sales objectives and targets for each territory on an annual and quarterly basis.
• Ensure the execution of sales training and support strategies within the district.
• Offer continuous coaching, feedback, and guidance to Therapy Consultants during sales calls and presentations to enhance their technical and sales capabilities.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with key account personnel within the district to bolster sales efforts, service initiatives, and clinical programs.
• Perform performance evaluations and salary reviews for field personnel, providing recommendations to the relevant management.
• Recruit, onboard, develop, and retain district field personnel, ensuring that new hires receive adequate orientation and training.
• Maintain sales data and records for each territory to analyze market trends, guide Therapy Consultants, and communicate competitive insights.
• Interpret and clarify business and marketing policies and programs to Therapy Consultants to ensure consistency and responsiveness to customer needs.
• Effectively manage and monitor the district's selling expenses.
• Provide feedback to the Regional Business Director regarding sales strategies, promotions, staffing requirements, new product indications, and product acceptance.
• Ensure a thorough understanding of all applicable quality policies and system items. Adhere to all work and quality procedures to guarantee compliance with the quality system and deliver high-quality work.
• Minimum Requirements
• Over 5 years of experience in medical sales targeting physicians, administrative staff, and payors with a Bachelor’s Degree, or over 3 years with a Master’s Degree.
• A minimum of 3 years of progressive leadership experience directing and guiding individuals and teams.
• At least 3 years of sales experience in implantable devices or referral and therapy development.
