This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.
• Spearhead aftersales performance within a designated region of Louisiana.
• Collaborate with dealership leadership to implement GM Customer Care & Aftersales initiatives.
• Enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
• Take ownership of district performance in terms of Revenue, Customer Retention, and Customer Experience.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to dealer leadership.
• Propel revenue growth and meet KPIs through CCA programs and initiatives.
• Lead standardized communication processes with dealerships, aligned with dealer priorities and GM goals.
• Evaluate dealership marketing and merchandising strategies, offering recommendations to boost service lane traffic.
• Create and implement annual Business Plans utilizing data-driven strategic insights.
• Assess dealership performance, recognize trends, and apply targeted operational and customer satisfaction enhancements.
• Prioritize tasks and make independent decisions to drive business results.
• Address aftersales customer issues, including SPAC, CAC, TAC, Goodwill, Warranty, and Policy Requests.
• Track and achieve SRT objectives, NPS, Customer Retention, STS, and EV Training & Compliance metrics.
• Conduct regular territory visits and performance evaluations with dealer partners.
• Facilitate aftersales initiatives on-site.
• Report directly to the Zone Manager for Parts and Service.
• Implement strategies in conjunction with dealership operations.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in leading and enhancing dealership Fixed Operations.
• Strong knowledge of the automotive industry and business acumen, including service operations, warranty processes, and customer experience management.
• Profound understanding of Dealership Service & Parts Operations.
• Familiarity with Automotive Parts and Service Systems.
• Knowledge of Dealer Operating Reports and Fixed Ops Analysis Tools.
• Understanding of profit department structures and their interdependencies.
• Experience with consultative selling techniques.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to inform and persuade effectively.
• Capability to utilize data analytics tools to derive actionable insights.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a dynamic environment with uncertainty.
• Must reside in the territory or be willing to relocate to Baton Rouge, Louisiana, or nearby areas.
• Must be available for travel at least 50% of the time or more frequently.
• Must not require GM immigration sponsorship, either now or in the future.
• Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle and successfully complete a Motor Vehicle Report review.
