This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
β’ Drive, enhance, and elevate district sales performance to achieve or surpass the annual sales and market share goals of the Company.
β’ Ensure that the corporate sales and marketing strategy is effectively implemented within a specific geographic region.
β’ Build and sustain strong customer relationships with key executives, decision influencers, and decision makers as necessary.
β’ Conduct account evaluations for key customers as needed.
β’ Offer regular, candid, and timely feedback to the district sales representatives.
β’ A Bachelorβs degree along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare product sales management is required.
β’ Proven leadership, motivational, and management capabilities are essential.
β’ Willingness to travel 60-70% of the time, including overnight trips.
β’ A valid Driver's License and a satisfactory driving record are required.
β’ Proficiency in speaking, understanding, reading, and writing in English is mandatory.
