This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.
• Drive, improve, and elevate district sales performance to achieve or surpass annual Company sales and market share goals.
• Ensure the corporate sales and marketing strategy is effectively implemented within the designated geographic area.
• Execute the district sales strategy (or business plan) through the sales team.
• Build and sustain strong customer relationships with key executives, decision influencers, and decision-makers as necessary.
• Monitor product usage to assess growth or decline in purchasing trends.
• Provide consistent, honest, and prompt feedback to district sales representatives and document it accordingly.
• Proactively identify performance challenges or deficiencies and develop plans to effectively address performance gaps.
• Attract and retain high-caliber candidates to ensure all positions are filled.
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree along with 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare product sales management is required.
• Proven leadership, motivational, and management abilities are essential.
• Willingness to travel 60-70% of the time (including overnight travel).
• Must hold a valid Driver's License and maintain an acceptable driving record.
• Proficiency in speaking, understanding, reading, and writing in English is mandatory.
