This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +1 more state.
• Act as the main advocate and trusted advisor for OnStar.
• Establish robust, trust-based relationships with dealer principals, general managers, sales leaders, and service leaders.
• Serve as the communication link between OnStar, GM vehicle brands, and your designated dealerships.
• Provide impactful training by leading virtual sessions with dealer leadership and front-line teams.
• Skillfully troubleshoot issues related to OnStar and internal platforms.
• Forge strong internal partnerships across GM’s field ecosystem.
• Assist with product and feature launches to ensure cohesive marketing and messaging.
• Address dealer and customer satisfaction concerns through the appropriate channels.
• Foster enthusiasm for OnStar and GM’s connected ecosystem.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, identify opportunities for improvement, and collaboratively develop dealer action plans.
• Maintain a “Better Never Stops” mindset in all activities.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and customer service.
• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of relevant automotive industry experience in place of a degree.
• Experience with automotive dealerships, OEMs, and/or fleet telematics providers is a significant advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to read the audience, customize your message, and deliver information clearly and confidently.
• Willingness to work the necessary hours to excel in your assigned time zone, including occasional weekends and holidays.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Copilot).
• Comfortable with technology and subscription services, including resolving mobile app and internal platform issues.
• Strong time management capabilities.

• Ability and readiness to travel throughout the territory for dealership visits as needed.
