District Manager – Northern Germany, Poland

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Guide Store Managers in achieving sales, profitability, productivity, and KPI targets throughout the District.

• Carry out systematic store visits aimed at coaching, evaluating performance, and ensuring high execution standards.

• Promote brand identity in all stores, ensuring a strong visual presence, effective product storytelling, and an enhanced customer experience.

• Oversee the launch of new stores and the recruitment of store talent.

• Analyze customer metrics and implement improvement strategies across the district.

• Partner with central retail operations to advance business goals and execute brand strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong and consistent management experience in a similar role.

• Demonstrated success in delivering commercial and operational outcomes.

• Preferably possess experience in managing multiple stores.

• Effective people leader with proven coaching and development abilities.

• Data-informed decision maker with robust business insight and planning skills.

• Proficient in both English and German.

• Reside within the designated area.

• Willingness to travel frequently (approximately 80% or more, including air and overnight travel).
