This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Lead Store Managers to achieve sales, profitability, productivity, and KPI goals throughout the District.
• Convert performance data into straightforward, actionable insights for Store Managers.
• Perform structured store visits aimed at coaching, evaluating performance, and ensuring execution quality.
• Develop targeted performance recovery strategies for underperforming stores.
• Advocate for brand DNA across stores, ensuring a robust visual identity, effective product storytelling, and an enhanced customer experience.
• Oversee and direct the launch of new stores and the recruitment of store talent.
• Foster an inclusive, people-first culture centered on teamwork, accountability, and engagement.
• Guarantee that stores implement brand initiatives and marketing campaigns consistently and punctually.
• Track customer metrics and initiate improvement plans throughout the district.
• Serve as the representative voice of stores with the Brand's HQ functions, collaborating with central retail operations to advance business and execute brand strategy.
• Clearly communicate priorities, process changes, and performance expectations to Store Managers.
• Collaborate closely with Local HR, Health and Safety, and Asset Protection teams.
• Solid and consistent management experience in a similar role.
• Proven track record of achieving commercial and operational outcomes.
• Ideally possess experience managing multiple stores.
• Strong people leader with demonstrated abilities in coaching and development.
• Data-driven decision maker with robust business acumen and planning skills.
• Capable of handling complexity, ambiguity, and pace across multiple locations while maintaining a focus on execution excellence.
• High level of responsibility management, excellent communication skills, and adaptability.
• Willingness to travel frequently (approximately 80% or more, including air and overnight travel).
• Proficient in both English and German.
• Reside within the assigned area.
