This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Oversee in-field operations to meet objectives and established targets.
• Optimize market, segment, and team interactions to enhance both revenue and profitability.
• Facilitate seamless collaboration in both daily operations and long-term business strategies.
• Establish the tone and tempo for business processes and organizational structure.
• Comprehend and communicate market and franchise/business perspectives when guiding teams.
• Coach, mentor, and educate direct and indirect team members to improve individual capabilities and boost overall team performance.
• Hold direct reports accountable for their actions and expectations.
• Offer guidance and insights to key internal stakeholders during the business planning process.
• Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or a related business field is preferred.
• At least four years of experience in pharmaceutical sales management.
• Demonstrated leadership as a District Manager.
• Strong judgment and decision-making abilities.
• Capability to explain the scientific components of treatments and therapeutic areas.
• Proven track record of providing honest, effective feedback and managing performance efficiently.
• Ability to cultivate talent for promotional opportunities.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening test.
