District Manager – Field Access, Allergy / ENT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Accountable for leading and overseeing the reimbursement field team within a designated geographic district at Regeneron.

• Direct, mentor, and manage a team of Field Reimbursement Managers tasked with engaging office personnel.

• Ensure maximum access, effective pull-through, and provide education on reimbursement services and program support.

• Implement reimbursement initiatives across various therapeutic markets where the product is indicated.

• Collaborate with internal and external partners to guarantee optimal coverage within the specified customer base.

• Partner with Sales and Access leadership teams to drive regional and local strategies for payer and provider access.

• Formulate and execute local tactical plans for brand access initiatives that address defined needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 3 years’ experience managing a field-based reimbursement or sales team is preferred.

• Familiarity with CMS policies and processes, particularly expertise in Part D (Pharmacy Benefit design and coverage policy).

• Understanding of Managed Care, Government, and Federal payer sectors.

• Knowledge of Integrated Delivery Networks/Integrated Health Systems.

• Previous experience of 2-3 years in reimbursement or sales management, or 5 or more years of successful sales experience is preferred.

• Additional diverse experience is valued: sales operations, sales training, marketing, and/or supply chain.

• Prior experience with Specialty Pharmaceutical/Biologics products or related indications.

• Willingness to travel extensively across large geographic territories.
