District Manager, Eye Care Implant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Leading a regional team dedicated to promoting the Sustained Release implant portfolio for Glaucoma.

• Monitoring the district’s sales performance against established goals.

• Conducting interviews, selecting, and developing team members.

• Overseeing customer-facing activities within the district.

• Creating and executing enhanced procedures and practices.

• Meeting the objectives set for the district.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.

• A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Healthcare or Pharmaceuticals.

• Experience with buy and bill or medical devices is necessary.

• Proficiency in business analysis and planning.

• Exceptional judgment and decision-making abilities.

• Capability to clearly communicate the scientific components of treatments.

• Demonstrated ability to provide honest and constructive feedback.

• A valid driver’s license is required.
