This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Oversee field activities to accomplish results and meet established targets.
• Optimize market dynamics, segment strategies, and team collaboration to enhance both top-line and bottom-line outcomes.
• Facilitate seamless and cooperative efforts in both daily operations and long-term business strategies.
• Guide, mentor, educate, and develop both direct and indirect reports to improve individual competencies and boost overall team effectiveness.
• Offer guidance and insights to key internal stakeholders during the business planning process.
• Preferred Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or a business-related discipline.
• At least four years of experience in pharmaceutical sales management.
• Demonstrated leadership as a District Manager.
• Strong judgment and decision-making abilities.
• Capability to clearly communicate the scientific components of treatments and therapeutic areas.
• Proficient in delivering honest, effective feedback and managing performance efficiently.
• Skilled at fostering a culture of achievement and complete team involvement.
