This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Foster growth in designated markets by establishing robust partnerships with builders, distributors, general contractors, designers, architects, and multi-family stakeholders.
β’ Spearhead the implementation of strategic sales initiatives, margin enhancement, and market-share growth while uncovering new contract opportunities and increasing successful product placements.
β’ Transform leads into bids and bids into contracts by utilizing CRM/lead systems and comprehending key builders across Single Family, Multi-Family, and MRO sectors.
β’ Provide product training and merchandising support in showrooms to enhance specifications, floor placements, and contract opportunities.
β’ Track competitive activities, inventory levels, and open orders, offering insights and recommending necessary adjustments.
β’ Post-secondary education.
β’ Over 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the appliance, builder, or a related industry.
β’ Demonstrated success in merchandising, territory management, and closing sales in builder or contract markets.
β’ Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building abilities with the capacity to influence a variety of customer groups.
β’ High energy, self-motivated, and capable of managing significant travel within the territory.
