District Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Regional Director to recruit, mentor, and enhance the skills of Kitchen Managers and other leadership roles.

• Foster strong teams through ongoing coaching, constructive feedback, and professional development.

• Aid in succession planning and the growth of talent across the assigned kitchens.

• Supervise the daily operations and performance across multiple kitchen locations.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, food safety regulations, and operational standards.

• Oversee execution and guide teams to uphold high standards of quality, consistency, and customer experience.

• Conduct regular visits to kitchens and perform operational audits to evaluate performance and discover areas for enhancement.

• Collaborate with Kitchen Managers to assess financial performance and pinpoint opportunities to boost sales, labor efficiency, food costs, and overall profitability.

• Analyze operational metrics and customer feedback to promote continuous improvement.

• Assist in the successful implementation of company initiatives, training programs, and operational rollouts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid background in kitchen operations, hospitality, and customer service.

• At least 5 years of experience in restaurant or kitchen management.

• A minimum of 2 years leading multiple units, managing 4 or more locations.

• Experience in QSR, fast casual, ghost kitchen, or delivery-first environments is preferred.

• Demonstrated success in meeting financial, operational, and personnel development objectives.

• Willingness and capacity to travel frequently, including overnight as necessary.

• Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership abilities.

• Capability to work independently while effectively collaborating within a distributed organization.
