This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee, structure, and manage the sales and service operations within the district for the Company.
• Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with both current and potential customers in the district.
• Formulate and implement sales strategies aimed at meeting the revenue and profitability objectives of the district.
• Recognize new business prospects and enhance market presence within the designated area.
• Guide and oversee the district's Field Service Engineer team to provide outstanding on-site customer assistance.
• Organize the district’s service schedules as necessary to ensure prompt delivery of on-site services and solutions.
• Facilitate the application of RMC product technology, including corrosion and scale inhibitors.
• Create and execute objectives that align with the overall divisional goals for profitable sales growth, customer satisfaction, and personnel development.
• Manage the core competencies of the team, including technical expertise, business management, and sales techniques, to achieve specific territory sales goals.
• Develop team members, assess performance, and provide recommendations aimed at attracting, motivating, and retaining qualified personnel.
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in technology, product development, marketing, and sales through reading and participation in seminars and conferences.
• Embrace and exemplify the values and culture of RMC.
• A Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a scientific discipline.
• A minimum of 8 years of direct sales experience, specifically within the food and beverage production sector.
• 3-5 years of management experience is required, ideally within sales in related industries.
• In-depth knowledge of sales management and direct sales methods/techniques.
