This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Ensures that FCMs receive appropriate training on relevant therapeutic area requirements, internal Working Processes, Standard Operating Procedures, and those of the client.

• Oversees the recruitment, performance management, and professional development of the FCMs team.

• Reviews and authorizes expenses incurred by FCMs.

• Conducts regular coaching sessions for the FCM team through consistent field visits.

• Assists FCMs during peak times or periods of absence to maintain a smooth program from the HCP’s perspective.

• Establishes objectives and KPIs for the FCM Team and creates/maintains tools to produce significant performance metrics.

• Ensures the team is prepared for timely implementation of current and future field projects.

• Anticipates and allocates resources to meet the geographical demands of the program while aligning with Key Performance Indicators.

• Works collaboratively with the Client’s point of contact on activities, issues, and insights related to the responsibilities of the FCMs.

• Provides ongoing feedback to the Senior Program Manager, the Client’s Point of Contact, and other relevant internal and external stakeholders to maintain the Best in Class status of the patient support program.

• May be required to be on standby or on call as part of the responsibilities of this role.


⛳️ Requirements

• A university degree in science or healthcare, or a comparable combination of education and experience.

• At least 7 years of experience in managing people and clients, clinical or biotechnology program management, or a related field within healthcare.

• Fluency in both English and French, written and spoken.

• A comprehensive understanding of the business principles within the pharmaceutical industry.

• Ability to comprehend and apply medical and/or business knowledge across all aspects of the role.

• Strong skills in people management.

• Demonstrated success in leading and managing a field-based team.

• Excellent interpersonal skills.

• Capacity to handle multiple priorities and adapt to rapidly changing situations.

• Effective problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Strong experience in client management.

• Proficient in computer systems and applications.

• Expertise in Microsoft Office.

• Possession and maintenance of a valid, unrestricted driver's license that has not expired.
