This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and guide stores to meet district sales and profit objectives.
• Formulate and execute plans, policies, and procedures to enhance profitability.
• Analyze and track sales and expenses for each store while offering recommendations.
• Present district sales data to the Regional Manager.
• Conduct regular visits and inspections of district stores.
• Recruit, train, develop, and oversee Store Management.
• Ensure associates receive training to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Advise Store Managers on personnel matters, store events, problem resolution, and crisis management.
• Establish individual and store goals, monitoring progress regularly.
• Visit competitor locations and report on any observed changes.
• Review store documentation and cash-control practices.
• Ensure adherence to shrink reduction and asset protection initiatives.
• Coordinate the opening of new stores and remodel existing ones.
• Facilitate the prompt repair of store equipment.
• Ensure the accurate and timely completion of store paperwork and corporate communications.
• Advocate for established safety protocols.
• Monitor merchandise levels, manage stock balancing, and conduct physical inventory audits.
• Complete performance evaluations and recommend merit increases for Store Managers.
• Train and develop Store Managers and store staff, including delegation and instruction.
• Approve performance reviews and offer progressive-discipline advice.
• Communicate district circumstances and conditions to relevant management or departments.
• Travel between stores, occasionally covering several hundred miles per week.
• Ability to carry out all duties and responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Frequent travel between district stores, sometimes covering several hundred miles each week.
• Competence in analyzing sales and expense data and providing recommendations.
• Ability to recruit, train, develop, and manage Store Management personnel.
• Skill in training associates to provide excellent customer service.
• Capability to conduct store inspections, audits, and inventory assessments.
• Proficiency in coordinating store openings, remodels, equipment repairs, and stock management.
• Ability to administer performance evaluations and recommend merit increases.
• Capability to provide progressive-discipline guidance following established protocols.
• Ability to communicate district conditions to the appropriate management or departments.
